Simply send your documents for translation via e-mail, and we will get back to you with an individual quote within the next few hours.

Open formats such as Word or Excel vs. PDF

If you can choose between a PDF file and an open format file, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint or text files (XML, HTML etc), please always send us the open format file. With open format files, we can analyse the text for repetitions, and make sure to retain the original formatting in the translated file.

Confidentiality

Of course, all of your files will be treated confidentially, and they will only be accessible to those employees who provide the quote.

If your files are too large to be sent via e-mail, we are happy to provide a link so that you can upload your files.
